影片《蓝莓之夜》是根据王家卫早年在香港拍摄过的一个短片改编而成的，是王家卫执导的首部英语电影，也是第60届戛纳电影节的开幕影片，是首部由华人执导的开幕电影。由诺拉·琼斯、裘德·洛和娜塔莉·波特曼等联袂出演。影片于2007年5月16日在戛纳电影节率先放映。
电影主要讲述诺拉·琼斯扮演的爱吃蓝莓派的年轻女孩子，她在一段横越美国的旅程中遇到许多不同的人，试图寻找生命与爱情的真谛，并在不知不觉中和裘德·洛扮演的杂货店老板陷入了爱河。
